Step2Step provides AI-powered step-by-step homework assistance intended for educational purposes only. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for verifying all content before relying on it. Iclick Holdings Limited makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated responses.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this age requirement. Each new account receives 20 free credits upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free credits: each registered user receives 20 complimentary credits upon account creation. Free credits are consumed after purchased credits are exhausted.
Purchasing credits: additional credit packs (Starter, Plus, Pro) are available for one-time purchase through the in-app checkout. Prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice. All transactions are one-time payments; Step2Step does not offer recurring subscriptions.
Payment processing: payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Iclick Holdings Limited does not store or access your full card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds: all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by applicable law. EU and UK consumers retain the statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been used. Credit expiry: purchased and free credits do not expire while your account is active.
Credit consumption: each AI-assisted solution consumes one (1) credit. Purchased credits are consumed before free credits. Credits are deducted upon successful generation of a solution and are not refunded for failed or incomplete generations caused by user error or invalid input.
Promotional & developer credits: credits issued via coupon codes or developer access may be subject to additional restrictions and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
You may not use Step2Step to: submit harmful, illegal or offensive content; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit offer; share or resell access to your account.
Academic integrity: you are responsible for complying with the academic integrity policies of your educational institution. Step2Step is a learning tool — submitting AI-generated work as your own may violate your school's rules.
Step2Step and the Step2Step logo are trademarks of Iclick Holdings Limited. AI responses generated for your queries are provided for personal educational use only. You may not republish or commercialise them without our written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iclick Holdings Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic consequences, lost data or incorrect answers. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will give reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.
